Working with your dog's balance and core stability is not just fun for both of you. It's also very good for the dog's health, both physically and mentally. Some exercises could be walk/trot over poles that are on the ground and later on raised above the ground. Balancing on peanut balls that makes your dog use every muscle in its body. All these types of exercises creates awareness of the whole body and you will soon discover a difference in its movements, muscles that are growing and a dog that has a lot more self confidence.
